tips bete

hai..udah lama ga nulis disini. banyak the up and down moment yang panjaaaaaaaang banget kalo harus diceritain satu persatu. tapi ga tau mau mulai dari mana juga. hehe

yang jelas sekarang lagi bete berat. dikit dikit bawaannya sensi deh. jadi semakin ga produktif. ga efisien waktu.

tapi ya kalo ditanya sebab nya setelah dipikir pikir (ini lagi dalam keadaan sepi dikamar yang ber-ac, jadi intinya lagi ga emosi, sekian) wajar loh kalo gw begini.

emang kadang becandaan temen temen itu ga dipikir dulu. nyakitin apa ngga, efek kedepannya gimana. semuanya ga jelas. 

jadi ya seperti biasa.. kalo lagi banyak masalah larinya jadi diem. cepet -cepet balik ke kamar. ngurung diri sendirian. me time banget.

disini ya yang rugi kan gw (menurut pandangan gw tentunya), tapi dengan berada dikamar itu rasanya..tenang.

jauh dari kiruk pikuk. oya satu lagi tips kalo lg bete, matiin bb. sip udah!

balik lagi, jadi kalo dikamar itu bisa ngapain aja..tanpa ada yang bilang gw LEBAY atau TUA.*devil emoticon*

yang paling penting itu.. bisa introspeksi diri gw sendiri. mungkin mereka begitu karena gw blablabla..

dan tentu aja ngadu sama Yang Paling Perkasa, Yang Maha Segalanya.. Allah-ku :")

Dilantai 10 gedung Universitas YARSI. kami dipersatukan "lagi" di satu ruangan.

Ya, DEPT. TARBIYAH ISLAMIYAH SENAT MAHASISWA 2011/2012.

Awalnya memang tidak ada yang spesial selain pemberian hadiah dari kami untuk kadept tersayang (#hueeeeek), haha. tapi perasaanku mulai terharu ketika persembahan satu persatu untuk departemen mulai diperlihatkan.

Ada kenangan yang tak dapat dijabarkan dengan kata - kata. bukan tak ada cerita, tapi semua terlalu indah sehingga hanya air mata yang keluar dari pelupuk mataku.

Kita memang beda. keras kepala satu sama lain. kita memang sering berdebat tentang banyak hal. bahkan tak jarang keegoisan yang menang. Tapi kita punya waktu itu, waktu yang tak dimiliki orang lain. hanya kami. DEPARTEMEN TI.

Berawal dari kita magang bersama, dalam departemen ini. Nyesel ? iya banget ! karena Dept ini bukan pilihanku. tapi lihatlah sekali lagi ayat Allah benar benar terbukti. "Boleh jadi kamu membenci sesuatu, padahal ia amat baik bagimu, dan boleh jadi (pula) kamu menyukai sesuatu, padahal ia amat buruk bagimu; Allah mengetahui, sedang kamu tidak mengetahui." (QS Al Baqarah, 2:21). Disini di departemen ini aku menemukan keluarga kecilku..

KAK RINA, ALFUN, MACO, KHANSA, AMYYYY...TI ! makasi banyak ya untuk kebersamaan dan perjuangan kalian selama hampir setahun ini, makasiiiiih TI HEBAAAAAT !!! AZZAM ! :')

hei guys! tonite i wanna share about breakfast food. so easy-melty-sweety hoho. enjoy!

almond-crusted pumpkin mascarpone (or cream cheese) stuffed french toast
for the filling:
4 ounces cream cheese
3-4 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1/2 cup-1 cup powdered sugar
for the french toast:
sliced bread (I used white for this, but you can go healthy.)
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
for the almond crust:
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
for cooking and serving:
butter
pure maple syrup

1. Mix together the ingredients for the filling with an electric mixer, adding as much sugar you need until you reach a thick, spreadable consistency. Spread a generous amount on half the slices of bread. Press the other slices on top to make sandwiches.

2. Mix together the ingredients for the french toast liquid in a shallow baking dish such as a pie plate. Mix together the ingredients for the almond crust in a separate baking dish. Soak the “sandwiches” in the french toast liquid first, and then dip in the almond crust mixture and coat well.

3. In a non-stick skillet set over medium-low heat, melt about a teaspoon of butter, and fry the stuffed french toast on both sides until golden. Place in a warm (220 degrees) oven. Repeat with remaining toasts. Serve with butter and warm maple syrup.
